1. Making a booking
All offers and bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter prices in our brochure or on the website, which may go up or down. We will advise you of the current price at the time of booking. A binding contract comes into existence between you and us as the owners once we have received your deposit and we have issued an email/ postal letter containing your booking confirmation.
You must check your booking confirmation as well as all other documents we send you carefully as soon as you receive them. If any information appearing on any document appears to be inaccurate in any way, you must let us know straight away. The lead booking name is ultimately responsible for all terms and conditions. We regret we cannot accept any liability to make changes if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in any document within 10 days of our sending it out.
We have the right to refuse any booking before we send you your written confirmation. If we do this, we will tell you in writing and promptly refund any money that you have paid to us. In this case, we will not have any legal responsibility to you.
