Please see below some FAQs regarding Covid 19.

FOLLOWING THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON 31ST OCTOBER 2020, OUR PARK IS CLOSED FROM 5TH NOVEMBER – 2ND DECEMBER 2020.

What happens if I am unable or do not wish to travel?

Please refer to your T’s & C’s with Hoseasons and ‘Book with Confidence‘ policy. If you are unable to travel due to a government restriction then you are able to obtain a refund or move your holiday dates.

What happens if Black Hall Lodges is closed when I am due to visit?

Black Hall Lodges is in Shropshire, England and therefore abides by English Law. If we are advised to close, all bookings will have the option to postpone their holiday or receive a full refund through Hoseasons.

What facilities are closed onsite?

Currently our outdoor tractor area, soft play, sauna (leisure building) & steam room are closed. The Swimming Pool must be booked to use following this link: https://visibook.com/eategtewscnwmnqho

We are only allowing 2 lodges to swim at the same time to abide by social distancing. The Games room operates a maximum of 10 people at a time.

Can we still use our hot tub or sauna?

Yes, all hot tubs and those lodges which have saunas will be fully accessible. These facilities are sanitized between each guest and are private, therefore can be used.

What time is Check in & Departure?

Following the new Safer Stays from Hoseasons, the revised check in time will now be from 4pm. Departure time will be 9am (Except New Hampshire 11am). This gives us extra time for essential cleaning and sanitizing which needs to take place to allow us to open safely. 

What will be different about our lodge?

To enable quicker cleaning, some items have been removed from the lodges including hairdryers, decorative cushions, information folders, tea/coffee welcome packs.

How do I check in?

We aim to ensure lodges are ready from 4pm onwards. All keys can be collected from reception. You will need to provide a credit/debit card for a security deposit (which must be done via telephone). You will not be able to access your lodge without giving a security deposit. Please note, if you arrive before 4pm we ask you to wait in your car to enable our staff to clean the lodges safely and depart before your arrival. 

Please note, reception operates social distancing with a 1 in 1 out system.
