We are proud to offer 6 beautiful log homes, all individually designed and finished to a very high standard, and situated in a lovely rural setting with an area of ancient woodland on one side and a stream and farmland on the other side.
The lodges all benefit from full central heating but also have lovely wood burning stoves. We are open all year and will provide the visitor with a very enjoyable break. The buildings are true log homes, all designed to our demanding specification. They where produced by Neville log homes in British Colombia, Canada. The individual logs are hand peeled and delivered to site and constructed by skilled craftsmen.
Features of the buildings include full log trusses, 8 inch log walls and gables, log staircases and hand peeled log railings to all stairs, lofts and exterior decking. The buildings are finished with American double glazed windows, slate to the roofs and copper for the chimneys and guttering. Internally the Lodges are individually finished with high quality solid furniture and very well equipped. The Ontario, Superior and Erie have the additional luxury of a large Canadian Hot Tub on their private decking.
