The Leisure Centre at the site offers facilities to rival many country clubs exclusively for the use of the residents of Black Hall Lodges. Features include the following:

• Swimming Pool. 36 ft x 20ft, 4ft deep flat bottomed pool with a large window overlooking the Teme Valley.
• Sauna and Steam Room
• Exercise machines including cross trainer, exercise bike and wobble board machine.
• A large recreation/family room with table tennis, US style pool table (no charge), dart board and table football. For the under 8’s there is a colourful soft play area based on a farm theme with a ball pit and many other features to occupy young minds, and if you simply want to sit back after a day’s activities, there is a relaxation area with leather sofas and a 50 inch HD television.
