Q – Is the BBQ charcoal or gas?
A – Charcoal (Not provide)

Q – Do all the lodges have towels provided?
A – Yes

Q – Is using a sat nav to get to your destination a good idea?
A – No, as we are rural it chooses inconvenient roads. Therefore we suggest you enter Knighton Powys into your sat nav and then follow the directions on your paperwork.

Q – Do all mobile networks have signal on the park?
A – No, only Orange, which works in places. However there is an onsite payphone if you do not have an orange mobile phone.

Q – What is the earliest time we can check in on our arrival?
A – 4pm is the earliest time, unless you have arranged an earlier time with the owners before your arrival.

Q – What time is the leisure building open until and who can use it?
A – The leisure building is open from 10am – 8pm each day. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult in their party at all times, otherwise all guests can use  the facilities at any time during their stay.

Q- What time do we have to depart on our departure date?
A – 10am is the departure time, this normally includes leaving the park as well. However if you wish to use the facilities after the departure time please arrange this with the owners before your departure date.

Q – Is there smoking areas on the park?
A – Yes there are ash bins provided on the lodge decking’s and outside the leisure building.

Q – What household appliances are provided in the lodge?
A – All the lodges have the standard household appliances; these include toaster, kettle, saucepans, crockery, microwave and cutlery/utensils

Q – Can we use floats, inflatable’s and balls in the pool?
A - We do not provide any pool toys for guest use, therefore we allow you to bring your own, however we only allow inflatable balls as the pool is surrounded by windows.

Q – Can we arrange a grocery delivery to our lodge?
A – Yes we have regular visits from Tesco, please arrange delivery for after 4pm and let the owners know prior to your arrival.

Q – While we are staying at our lodge can we have visitors?
A – Yes, however you will need to let the owners know before the arrive and please note your visitors won’t be able to use the leisure facilities or your hot tub, due to insurance policies. (Note, if we see your visitors are breaking our terms they will be asked to leave the park.)
